How do my cards grow?
Legal card moves earn XP. Uncovering cards, moving them to foundations and winning can earn more. Every card has its own level and appearance. Earned growth stays with your collection even when you finish a hand without winning. Undo does not take earned XP away.
How do I return from the Daily Deal?
Tap My hand on the Daily Deal board to return to your regular hand. The game keeps the regular hand aside while you play a Daily Deal. Starting a different daily date replaces the current daily attempt; previously earned card XP stays in your collection.
Are all deals guaranteed to be winnable?
The Daily Deal is guaranteed winnable. Regular hands use normal shuffled Klondike deals, so not every regular hand is guaranteed to have a winning solution. Hints do not declare a hand unwinnable.
Why does my hand look different on another device?
Collection progress can sync through iCloud. The active hand, parked hand and undo history stay on each individual device. The same Daily Deal date uses the same initial shuffle, but devices can be at different points in playing it.
My collection has not synced
Check that both devices use the same iCloud account and have an internet connection. Open the game on both, then use Settings → Sync collection now. Read the save status shown there. Gameplay remains available offline, and syncing can retry later. Please contact support if progress still appears missing.
If progress is unexpectedly missing, avoid deleting the app or removing its iCloud data while investigating; that can remove information needed to restore your collection.
How do I change a card's appearance?
Open My Cards, select a card, and choose an earned finish or border. Finishes unlock through card levels. Event borders are cosmetic rewards and can be used on your cards without changing the rules or XP.
Can I make the text larger or use a list board?
Choose Settings → List board layout for a native list-based board. Accessibility text sizes and VoiceOver also select this layout. The game follows your device's Reduce Motion preferences. Sounds and haptics can be switched off independently in Settings.
Does the game have ads or purchases?
There are no ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid boosts or energy meters. Cosmetic rewards are earned through play. There is no wagering or cash-prize system.
How do I send a useful bug report?
Describe what you expected, what happened, and how to repeat it. If requested, choose Settings → Privacy & playtesting → Prepare playtest log, then share the log yourself. Preparing a log does not automatically send it to us. On TestFlight, you can also use Apple's Send Beta Feedback feature.
